Hello, I am …
Head Chef, hospitality consultant, and passionate advocate of plant-based cuisine.

​

My journey began very early in the hotel industry and took me through many stages in Germany as well as abroad. Among other things, I worked as an Event Manager and was part of the pre-opening team of one of the largest hotels in the Emirates, where I was able to gain valuable international experience.

​

In total, I lived and worked abroad for 19 years. During the Covid pandemic, I started cooking for people in my neighborhood – seasonal, organic, and sourced directly from local farmers.


What started as a small initiative grew quite naturally: requests kept increasing, and step by step, I became a caterer and private chef.

For six years, I had the privilege of curating retreats, weddings, corporate events, and private dinners in Portugal – always with a love for detail and plenty of creativity, all centered around plant-based cuisine.

 

Since returning to Germany, I have been managing the cafeteria of a private school in Cologne with more than 130 students, experiencing every day how important, and at the same time how feasible, healthy, balanced, and vegan nutrition truly is.

Now I am taking the next step:

With my vegan hospitality consulting, I support businesses of all sizes, from canteens to cafés, in developing plant-based concepts that are practical, economically viable and full of flavor.

From my own experience, I know how diverse the hospitality industry is, and how valuable it is to have someone at your side who not only understands the theory but also truly knows the day-to-day reality of the kitchen.
