During the training, you will learn a comprehensive Spanda Yoga Method. The method is based on the latest understanding of Functional Movement, Biomechanics and Physiology. We intend to integrate ancient wisdom and modern science, finding their meeting points. Consequently, our approach is multidisciplinary; rooted in Tantric and Hatha Yoga teachings, Classical Yoga Philosophy and Ayurveda, and sciences such as Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Neuroscience and Psychology.
