Last summer, Elena and Matthieu cooked a vegan degustation menu with 6 courses at our place for a private dinner with 12 friends.
The majority of our friends are not vegan but everyone was amazed that vegan food can taste so delicious and our friends were also taken by the presentation of each dish, beautifully designed and with impeccable service that you can only find in top scale restaurants. We cannot wait to organize another dinner like that!

Hello! We are the Matt and Elena.

 

After many years working in the Food and Beverage Industry in several parts of the world, we decided to follow our dreams and passion here in Portugal, by creating what we believe in, a kinder world. 

 

A cuisine without the use of animal products is the only ethical cuisine in today’s world and a must if we want to move forward sustainably

 

But fear not, creative and tasty food does exist!

 

Food is personal to us, and we aim to provide the most tasteful dining experience with a farm to table approach.

A vegan lifestyle prevents a tremendous amount of animal slaughter and suffering. But being vegan / plant based is more than a lifestyle or a label.

Being vegan is a posture in life. One of compassion for the animals. Is a way of life that involves no animal exploitation.

Besides offering a potent way to shrink our environmental footprint, especially in regards to climate change, a well-planned vegan diet can fuel the highest levels of fitness, while reducing our risk of various chronic diseases.

By choosing to cook without animal products, we showcase the diversity of plant-based food. Vegan cuisine serves a soul, a mind and a body of empathy and unity with animals, planet and health.
